Right Angel: Angel that is exactly 90
Acute Angel: Angel that is less then 90
Obtuse Angel: Angel that is between 90 and 180
How to use a Protractor
- Put the target into the vertex of the angel (where the two lines meet)
- Go from the bottom flat line up to the open top line.
- Mark where it stops this is your angle
Note: The length of the arms does not affect the size of the angle. Just the distance between the arms.
Question:
What is a quick way to know if an angle is less then, 90 or more then 90? if you were estimating?
